bug: renaming an existing user does not work

In the admin console, when trying to rename an existing user, the console returns to the login prompt.

User names cannot be renamed

On September 16th, 2007 berkay says:

User names cannot be renamed in any of the products (shared mechanism) as they are used as the primary key for the user. Currently the only way is to create a new user account.

We will look into whether or not we can make this functionality available.

just grey out the Name field when editing a user
