how to change the defaut port 9191 ?

I am trying to change the default Rinf port 9191.
I changed the "port=" in the file $RINF_HOME/conf/cmd.options and then restarted the RapidInformer, but apparently, it does not work.

Did I missed something ?

The port for the RapidInformer server (as well as Rapidinsight) is set in the conf/RapidSuiteConfig.xml file.

cmd.options
RapidSuiteConfig.xml
ConnectionConfiguration.props
