Hi,
I am checking the usability of your product, while i tried to view the maps, nothing is being loaded on the screen. Do i need to add any plugins to my browser. I am using firefox 3.0.8
The maps is a Flex application hence requires Adobe Flash Player. Please install the latest Flash player on your browser and try again.
Also when you click the maps tab, you need to click on a saved map (New York, etc.) or enter name of a device like eraaswphl into the Search Device box.
Please let us know if you continue to have problems.
